  • 1 large fresh lime zest and juice

  1. Begin by gathering your ingredients for Cilantro Lime Crema. Measure out ⅔ cup of sour cream, ½ cup of loosely packed fresh cilantro, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic, zest and juice of 1 lime, and a pinch of Kosher salt.
  2. In a food processor, combine the sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. After blending, taste your Cilantro Lime Crema for seasoning. Adjust with more lime juice or sour cream if necessary.
