- Begin by gathering your ingredients for Cilantro Lime Crema. Measure out ⅔ cup of sour cream, ½ cup of loosely packed fresh cilantro, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic, zest and juice of 1 lime, and a pinch of Kosher salt.
