- Start by selecting a ripe, seedless watermelon that sounds hollow when tapped. Use a sharp knife to cut the watermelon into cubes, aiming for about 1-inch pieces. Place the watermelon cubes into a large mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint leaves into the bowl with watermelon.
