Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and pesto until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook cubed chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper until golden brown.
  5. Combine sautéed chicken, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella in a mixing bowl and fold in the creamy mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and mini mozzarella balls.
  7. Bake for around 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving; garnish with chili flakes and basil.
