Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until well-combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Wipe the skillet clean, return it to medium-low heat, add butter, let it melt, and then pour in the egg mixture, stirring continuously for 1.5-2 minutes.
