  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle the dry rub mixture generously over the wings and massage into the wings.
  5. If possible, cover and refrigerate the wings for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  8. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  9. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes, flip them, and then bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  10. While the wings are baking, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan. Stir in apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and hot sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  11. Remove wings from the oven and toss them with the warm sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  12. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
