Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine cornstarch and baking powder in a large bowl, then toss in the seasoned wings to coat evenly.
  4. Bake wings on the wire rack for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Heat the sweet chili sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed and slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the warm sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Return the glazed wings to the wire rack and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish before serving.
