- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry and season with salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, honey, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
- Coat the chicken with the orange marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 24 hours.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken skin-side up. Roast for about 30 minutes.
- Baste the chicken with pan juices at the 15-minute mark.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
