Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry and season with salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, honey, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
  3. Coat the chicken with the orange marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 24 hours.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken skin-side up. Roast for about 30 minutes.
  5. Baste the chicken with pan juices at the 15-minute mark.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with pan juices.
