  1. Prepare Strawberry Powder: Blend the freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into a fine powder.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat the softened unsalted butter and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Sift in the all-purpose flour, salt, and strawberry powder. Stir until just combined and crumbly.
  4. Roll the Dough: Roll the dough to ¼ inch thickness, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Cut Cookies: Shape the dough with cookie cutters and chill again on a baking sheet for 15 minutes while preheating the oven.
  6. Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
