  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with olive oil in a large bowl until well-coated.
  3. Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
