  • 8 oz Noodles Rice or egg noodles

  • 2 Green Onions Chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add noodles and cook until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and toss with vegetable oil.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss with cornstarch until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Lower heat and add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and honey. Add red chili flakes if desired. Cook for 2-3 minutes to thicken sauce.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and toss in sauce. Add noodles and toss gently over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and optional sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
