Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add the spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the chicken breast into strips, season with salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sauté the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate saucepan, melt olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes. Lower the heat, stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar. Cook for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Return the spaghetti to the skillet with the chicken. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the pasta and sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning. Toss together for 2-3 minutes until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnishing with remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
