- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, finishing with vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
