Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, finishing with vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with marshmallow cream and additional graham cracker crumbs if desired, then slice and serve chilled.
