Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  4. Flatten each biscuit to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling into the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch edges to seal.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the filled biscuits on it.
  8. Brush the tops of each biscuit with melted butter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
