Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the lean ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in coarsely chopped pepperoni and the spice mixture into the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and add the tomato paste. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lay wraps flat and divide the beef mixture among them. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and roll each wrap tightly.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place rolled wraps seam-side down on a baking tray, spray with oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove rolls from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
