  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak Ribeye or New York steak are good alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and ½ tablespoon of olive oil until melted and bubbly.
  2. Add cubed baby potatoes, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper before removing from the skillet.
  3. Increase heat to high and add the remaining ½ tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter until sizzling.
  4. Add cubed sirloin steak without overcrowding. Sear for 1 minute, then cook for 4–6 minutes, flipping occasionally and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Return potatoes to the skillet, mix gently, and heat for an additional minute before serving.
