Cooking Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and ½ tablespoon of olive oil until melted and bubbly.
- Add cubed baby potatoes, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper before removing from the skillet.
- Increase heat to high and add the remaining ½ tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter until sizzling.
- Add cubed sirloin steak without overcrowding. Sear for 1 minute, then cook for 4–6 minutes, flipping occasionally and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Return potatoes to the skillet, mix gently, and heat for an additional minute before serving.
