  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino cheese or Parmesan

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with olive oil spray.
  2. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then drain and cool.
  3. Sauté chopped scallions in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add milk, eggs, and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped broccoli, sautéed scallions, fresh dill, feta, and mozzarella without over-mixing.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
