- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the avocado mixture into 4 small patties and place them on the sheet.
- Bake the patties for 20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- For air fryer option, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C), form 2-3 patties, and air fry for about 20 minutes.
- Once done, cool the patties on a wire rack and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
