  • 1 can Canned Mild Chopped Green Chiles Substitute with jalapeños for spice lovers.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Swap with fresh garlic if preferred.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Optional, omit for vegetarian.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry, cut squares, and press into muffin cups.
  4. Fill each cup with one tablespoon of artichoke filling and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a platter, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
