Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Blend garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth. Place chicken in a zip-top bag, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
  2. Prepare the Green Sauce: In a blender, combine jalapeños, cilantro, green onions, and garlic. Blend until finely chopped, then drizzle in olive oil while blending. Adjust seasoning with salt and chill in the fridge.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 500°F. Remove chicken from marinade, cook for about 5-6 minutes per side on the grill or 30-45 minutes in the oven until cooked through and charred.
