Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean and tenderize the octopus by rinsing under cold water and boiling in salted water for 30-40 minutes until tender.

  3. Coat the octopus in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  5. Grill the octopus for 15-20 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm with lemon wedges.
