  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh is best
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth low-sodium recommended
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Basil/Parsley) substitute based on availability

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the roasted pepper sauce into the baking dish. Place tilapia fillets on top and coat with the remaining sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
