- Brown the Pork Sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle in the flour, stir to coat, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened for about 5 minutes.
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray. Spread the sausage gravy evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place the biscuits on top of the gravy, slightly overlapping.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours until biscuits are golden brown.
- Check for doneness; if biscuits are pale, cover and cook for an additional 15–30 minutes.
