Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Pork Sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sprinkle in the flour, stir to coat, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened for about 5 minutes.
  3. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray. Spread the sausage gravy evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Place the biscuits on top of the gravy, slightly overlapping.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours until biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Check for doneness; if biscuits are pale, cover and cook for an additional 15–30 minutes.
