For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can be replaced with half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt unsalted butter and mix with minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread on cut sides of bread and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted garlic bread, layer with chicken pieces, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Bake the assembled bread for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
