- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt unsalted butter and mix with minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread on cut sides of bread and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted garlic bread, layer with chicken pieces, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
- Bake the assembled bread for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
