  • 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Chives or green onions
For the Dressing
  • 2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil or avocado/nut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard or any mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry cucumbers. Halve lengthwise and smash gently before chopping into 1-inch pieces.
