  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by dicing your fresh cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into small, uniform pieces, ensuring easy mixing and enhanced flavors.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, soaked and drained onions, and freshly chopped cilantro.
  3. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lime juice over the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Carefully toss all ingredients together, then let the salad rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
