  • 1 cup Walnuts Toasted
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumble over salad

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra-virgin recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar For tanginess

Preparation Steps

  3. Thinly slice half of a red onion and add it to the salad bowl.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
  6. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss to combine.
