- Drain the 29 oz can of sliced pears, reserving 1 cup of the pear juice. Set pears aside.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine reserved pear juice and 1 cup of water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until boiling. Stir in the raspberry jello until dissolved, then let cool for 7-10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine reserved sliced pears and 8 oz of softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Add cooled jello mixture and 12 oz of thawed Cool Whip, blending until creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Remove from refrigerator and top with optional whipped cream and fresh raspberries before serving.
