  4. Fold the mashed bananas into the wet mixture.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the cooked quinoa gently.
  7. Divide the batter among the greased pans, filling each about three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
