Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by greasing an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Once melted, stir in 10 ounces of marshmallows and keep stirring until smooth and glossy.
  4. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup of toasted pistachios until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and press down evenly.
  6. Allow to cool completely at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Melt 5 ounces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals and drizzle over the cooled mixture.
  8. Let the chocolate set completely for about 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
