Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x5 or 9x5-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the bananas until smooth, aiming for about 2 cups.
  3. Mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil until fully incorporated.
  4. Add in the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla extract, and whisk until completely combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the baking soda and kosher salt, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the all-purpose flour until just integrated, being careful not to over-mix.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
