  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1-inch thick pieces, making sure to leave the slices connected at the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Place the sliced kielbasa on the baking sheet and drizzle the mustard mixture generously over each piece.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Baste halfway through with remaining glaze.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
