  • Wooden Skewers Soak in water for about 30 minutes to avoid burning.
For the Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1.5 tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning Can use homemade mix.
  • 3 tsp Dried Dill Fresh dill can substitute.
  • 2 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika for deeper flavor.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic may also be used.
  • 1.5 tsp Onion Powder Finely chopped onions for fresher flavor.
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Light butter for lower fat option.
  • 8-10 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust based on garlic preference.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Less for milder taste.
  • 0.33 cup Fresh Parsley Can substitute with cilantro.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken tenders with olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat the chicken.
  2. Thread the coated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, packing tightly but leaving space for even cooking.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, dill, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange skewers in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes, flip and baste, then cook for an additional 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For oven method, preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Bake skewers for 14 minutes, flip halfway and baste, then broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  6. For grilling, preheat to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently, until charred and cooked to 165°F (75°C).
