Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken tenders with olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat the chicken.
- Thread the coated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers, packing tightly but leaving space for even cooking.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, dill, and a pinch of salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange skewers in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes, flip and baste, then cook for an additional 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
- For oven method, preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Bake skewers for 14 minutes, flip halfway and baste, then broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- For grilling, preheat to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently, until charred and cooked to 165°F (75°C).

Notes
Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes before use. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. For deeper flavor, marinate for up to 24 hours. Customize proteins for variety.
