- Boil a large pot of salted water, cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 mins for fresh, 7-10 mins for frozen), then drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking it apart until browned (about 7-10 mins). Drain excess fat.
- Add pepperoni and marinara sauce to skillet, stir and heat until bubbling (2-3 mins). Fold in cooked tortellini.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins until cheese is bubbly and golden.
