Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by combining the sauce ingredients in a skillet over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Coat the cooked meatballs in the sauce once they are done.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, then serve warm.
