- Begin by crushing the OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
- Blend the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until completely combined and a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
- Melt the vanilla candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet.
- Attach a Mini Oreo on top of each truffle for the snowman's hat and use icing to create facial features.
- Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about an hour to allow the coating and decorations to harden completely.
