Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by crushing the OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  2. Blend the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until completely combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the vanilla candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Attach a Mini Oreo on top of each truffle for the snowman's hat and use icing to create facial features.
  7. Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about an hour to allow the coating and decorations to harden completely.
