  • 40 g Soft Butter for Brushing Mixed with 1 tsp vanilla.
  • 20 g Melted Butter For achieving golden finish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, sift 250 g of all-purpose flour, create a well, add yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk. Cover and let rest for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add remaining soft butter, sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla. Mix until combined, knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Gently deflate dough, divide into 6 pieces, shape into ovals, brush tops with butter and vanilla mixture, and place in greased muffin tins.
  5. Let shaped rolls rise for 20-30 minutes until puffy, then preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
