Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place flank steak between plastic wrap and pound to about ½ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, basil, and parsley.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the steak, leave a 1-inch border, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the braciole on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the seared braciole, cover, and transfer to oven.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
