  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half and cornstarch
  • cup Chicken Broth Or fish/vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
