Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash one cup of kale leaves thoroughly under cool running water and remove thick stems. Chop the leaves into smaller pieces.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the prepared kale with one cup of almond milk. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the kale is completely pureed.
  3. Add the frozen mango chunks and the peeled orange. Blend for another 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
  5. If there are leftovers, store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before consuming.
