  • 6 cups Rice Cereal

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth, for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and gently fold in rice cereal until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  3. Add drops of food coloring to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and press the mixture firmly into it.
  5. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the treats into squares or shapes with cookie cutters. Decorate with melted chocolate, candy eyes, or sprinkles.
  7. Arrange on a platter and enjoy!
