Sweet Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Ketchup Glaze Honey or agave can replace brown sugar for less refined sweetness.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, egg, breadcrumbs, whole milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing and serving.
