- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, egg, breadcrumbs, whole milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing and serving.
