Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.

  4. Gently heat the mixture over a double boiler until gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Allow to cool and then whip the mixture at high speed for about 15 minutes.
  6. Pour the whipped mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve with optional toppings.
