Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add to the baking sheet after 20 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, melt unsalted butter, add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute, and then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve the salmon with crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli, drizzling with lemon butter sauce and garnishing with lemon slices and parsley.
