  • 2 tbsp Butter can substitute with olive oil
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper can use white pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 clove of fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or fresh, finely diced onion
For Garnish and Spice
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion can substitute with chives
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional for heat

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather all the necessary ingredients for your Korean Corn Cheese dish.
  2. Prepare canned corn by draining well; if using frozen, ensure it's thawed.
  3. In a bowl, mix corn and mayonnaise until coated.
  4. Add sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  5. Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese until fully combined.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
