- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the surface is browned.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by melting unsalted butter, adding minced garlic, and sautéing until fragrant, then mix in Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
- Brush the glaze over the top of the meatloaf and return it to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Once done, let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
