  • 1 cup whipped topping dairy-free options available
Coating
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips can be substituted with dark chocolate
  • 1 cup candy melts red and green for a festive touch
Crunch
  • 1 cup graham crackers/cookie crumbs choose gluten-free if needed

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing on low until combined.
  3. Heat the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until melted and smooth.
  4. Fold the cooled melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Carefully stir in the crushed graham crackers and whipped topping into the mixture.
  6. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Scoop out portions and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Melt the colorful candy melts and dip each ball into the melted candy.
  9. Let the coated bites cool at room temperature until the coating sets, about 10-15 minutes.
