  2. Mix Dough: Combine the yeast mixture with bread flour, all-purpose flour, and salt in a stand mixer. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes until sticky dough forms.
  3. First Rise: Grease a bowl with olive oil, transfer dough, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.
