Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with butter or cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, combine hot melted butter with cooking oil and granulated sweetener. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until glossy and well combined.
- Add the large eggs and pure vanilla extract. Beat together for about 30 seconds until the mixture lightens in color and becomes slightly frothy.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness by ensuring the center is set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes. Lift out using parchment overhang and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into 16 squares.

Notes
For optimal taste, allow brownies to cool completely before slicing to retain their shape and gooeyness.
