Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Strawberry Powder by blending freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until fine.
  2. Cream softened unsalted butter and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, then add strawberry powder, flour, and salt. Mix just until combined.
  4. Shape dough into a ball, flatten, roll out to ¼-inch thickness, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill.
  5. Cut dough into desired shapes with cookie cutter after chilling.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Make glaze by blending strawberries into a puree, then mix with powdered sugar until smooth.
