Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside with chicken.
  4. Add sausage to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; cook for 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  6. Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet with sauce. Add cooked penne and toss gently to combine. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
